This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated January 17, 2007, which provided additionalinformation in support of your request for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to rescind future independent assessments of operations performance at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The NRC is currently reviewing your request and upon completion of our review you will be advised of the results by letter.
