SPECIAL REPORT SR-88-004-00 Steam Generator Eddy Current Examination (2nd Refueling) l Inservice eddy current examination of the Steam Generator (S/G) tubing was completed at the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3 on April 20, 1988.
This renort is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification (TS) l 4.4.4.5.a which requires reporting of the number of tubes plugged in each S/G l
within 15 days following the completion of inservice inspection of S/G tubes

pursuant to TS 6.9.2.
A followup report will be submitted in accordance with TS 4.4.4.5.b by April 20, 1989.
