Watts Bar Nuclear.Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 24 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(p), this letter provides Revision 24 of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.

The Revision Log of the WBN Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program provided in the enclosure describes each change. The revised plan became effective as of April 6, 2020.

Tennessee Valley Authority has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and does not consider the revision to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan. The documented evaluation is available on site for inspection.

• The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 73.22. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by certified mail and the signed receipt will signify that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received this information.
