In the Safety Evaluation Report on WCAP-9500, " Reference Core Report 17 x 17 Optimized Fuel Assembly", the Staff required those plants using the Improved Thermal Design Procedure (ITDP) to provide additional information on the plant specific application of the ITDP. Please find attached the Westinghouse response for Catawba. The generic response related to ITDP was provided by Westinghouse letter NS-EPR-2577, Rahe to Berlinger, March 31, 1982. However, this submittal in specific for RdF transmitters as implemented for Catawba.
