| I have reviewed the complete January 2018 Environmental Report in Appendix E prepared by FPL and submitted to the NRC for the 2032/2033 operating license renewal application for existing TPPP Nuclear Reactors #3 and #4. My comments are marked on selected pages comprising the Environmental Report for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff review and consideration. A single PDF of the complete Environmental Report is 18mb and exceeds NRC email limits.
