C. 20555-0001 Haddam Neck Plant Final Status Survey (FSS) Final Report -Phase IV The Haddam Neck Plant (HNP) License Termination Plan (LTP) (Section 1.4)describes the process of releasing land from the HNP Operating License. The HNP LTP Section 5.9.2 states that the FSS Final Report will be prepared and submitted in a phased approach.CYAPCO is hereby submitting the FSS Final Report -Phase IV (Attachment 1).This Phase IV FSS Final Report addresses sixteen (16) water covered survey units comprising the discharge canal and permanent wetland areas. This report contains a compilation of all 16 Survey Unit Release Records that are within the Phase IV scope. Table 1-1 of the report provides a listing of all the survey units including the classification and general description for each unit.Based on the current schedule, Phase V, Phase VI and Phase VII FSS Final Reports will be submitted to the NRC in December 2006, February 2007 and May 2007, respectively.
