Dear Sir or Madam:
On April 26, 2012, Entergy determined that incorrect information was submitted in Reference 1. Specifically, the letter listed the incorrect amendment number for the cask Certificate of Conformance (CoC). This letter resubmits the required cask usage information in its entirety with the corrected CoC amendment number.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), Entergy hereby registers the initial use of the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh dry fuel storage casks utilized at Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 by providing the following required information:
