Enclosed is Revision 9 of the Waterford 3 Physical Security, Training and Qualification and Safeguards Contingency Plan (Enclosure 1) which is submitted in accordance with 1 0CFR50.4. Attachment 1 contains a summary.of the changes, and attachment 2 contains.
the 50.54 (p) evaluations for the revisions.
In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (p), Entergy has evaluated the proposed changes and determined they do not represent a decrease in the effectiveness of the Plan. contains safeguards information as defined by 10CFR73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Attachment 1 and 2 do not contain safeguards information; however, these attachments contain security related information and should be withheld from public disclosure per 10CFR2.390.
There are no new commitments contained in this submittal. contains "Safeguards Information." Upon separation of Enclosure 1 from this letter, this page becomes Non-Safeguards Information.
