RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 QWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORTS (OAR-1 FORMS) FOR CYCLE/REFUEL 27 Enclosed are the Owner's Activity Reports (OAR-1 forms) for Cycle 27 and Refuel 27 activities at Callaway Plant. For the Fourth Interval ISI Program, which ended on December 18, 2024, and for the Third Interval [WE and IWL Programs, the reports are submitted pursuant to the provisions of the applicable revisions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel (B&PV) Code Case N-532-5, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission," and Code Case N-892, "Alternative Requirement for Form OAR-1, Owner's Activity Report, Completion Time Section XI, Division 1." For the Fifth Interval ISI Program, which started December 19, 2024, the report is submitted pursuant to the 2019 Edition of the ASME B&PV Code, [WA-6230, "Owner's Activity Report.

The OAR-1 forms enclosed are associated with the following Cycle 27 and Refuel 27 activities at Callaway Plant:

Inservice Inspection (ISI) and Repair/Replacement activities for:

The fourth ISI Program interval which ended on December 18, 2024 b.

The fifth ISI Program interval which started on December 19, 2024 2.

Containment Inservice Inspection pursuant to ASME Section XI, Subsections IWE and IWL for the third [WE and IWL Program interval.

Each enclosed OAR-1 form includes a listing of items with identified flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service (Table 1) and an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service (Table 2).
