By the Reference 1 letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated April23, 2013 transmitted the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with Open Items Related to the License Renewal of Callaway Plant, Unit 1.
As requested in Reference 2, we have reviewed the SER for accuracy and are providing comments (refer to Enclosure 1-Technical Comments and Enclosure 2-Editorial Comments) for your consideration.
It should be noted that there are no changes to commitments contained within this response.
