Contrary to the above, on September 23, 2015, the licensee discovered that high-radiation area conditions existed outside a barricaded and posted high-radiation area in the reactor building steam tunnel. Specifically, a worker performing testing activities questioned the placement of the high-radiation boundary in the reactor building steam tunnel. The radiation protection department performed confirmatory surveys which indicated a high-radiation area existing outside the established high-radiation area boundary near a reactor water clean-up line. The licensee then expanded the existing high-radiation area barricades and postings to include this area. The licensee documented this issue in CARD 1526864. The finding was determined to be of very low safety significance (Green) because it was not an as-low-as-reasonably-achievable planning issue, there was no overexposure nor potential for overexposure, and the licensees ability to assess dose was not compromised.bility to assess dose was not compromised. +
