Registration of Use of Casks to Store Spent Fuel 1 O CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under§ 72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is registering, with the NRC, the use of two casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS). The casks were placed into service with spent fuel on May 21, 2019, and June 4, 2019. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days of the first placement (June 20, 2019).. The following information is provided in accordance with 1 O CFR 72.212(b}(2}:
