WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2020, COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC VIA WEBCAST)
The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on the agencys Human Capital and Equal Employment Opportunity Programs. Topics presented included an overview on human capital and updates on civil rights, diversity and inclusion program efforts, a discussion and demonstration of the workforce analytics tools, the status of current career enhancement initiatives, and management insights on the use of the tools and processes to maximize organizational capacity. The Commission was also addressed by the President of the National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 208.
Staff should reassess and execute a study of the percent of retirement eligibles who actually did retire in a given year as well as attrition by age group.
