- Graves, George I am submitting this appeal under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the NRCs final response to my FOIA request FOIA-2025-000635, dated July 31, 2025. The NRC indicated that no records were located concerning a radiological incident in May or June 1997 time frame at Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 during a post-refueling cleanup. I respectfully appeal this determination on the basis that the search may not have been reasonably adequate.
08/28/2025 1 This request was created while testing the interoperability of a new URL to connect the National FOIA portal at FOIA.gov to the NRCs Public Access Link, https://nrc.secureocp.com/, as requested by the Department of Justice, in order for the NRC to continue automatically receiving requests from FOIA.gov without having to manually enter the information into our system.
