Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Approving Indiana Michigan Power Companys Request to Adopt 10 CFR 50.69 On April 9, 2025, the staff issued amendments (ML25071A389) for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, approving Indiana Michigan Power Companys request to adopt 10 CFR 50.69, "Risk Informed Categorization and Treatment of Structures, Systems and Components for Nuclear Power Reactors." The amendments are in response to the licensees amendment request submitted on March 6, 2024 (ML24073A234).

OE Staff Conducted a Presentation at the Occupational Safety & Health Philadelphia Region Virtual Whistleblower In-service Training to Provide an Overview of the NRC Allegation Program On April 8, 2025, Office of Enforcement (OE) staff conducted a presentation at the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Philadelphia Region Virtual Whistleblower In-service Training to provide an overview of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Allegation Program and how the agency processes allegations.
