Box 300 Seabrook, NH 03874 Seabrook Station (603) 773-7000 JUL 2 7 2 Docket No. 50-443 SBK-L-05160 United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555-0001 Seabrook Station Annual Reporting of Changes to, or Errors in Emergency Core Cooling System Models or Applications In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.46(a)(3)(ii), FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC submits a tabulation of the current Large Break and Small Break LOCA PCT margin utilization tables applicable to Seabrook Station. The Large Break and Small Break LOCA Analyses of Record were redone to support the recent stretch power uprate. Compliance with 10 CFR 50.46 requirements is demonstrated by the current composite Large Break LOCA PCT of 1789 'F remaining well below the limit of 2200 'F. A total PCT change of 5 'F is being reported for the year 2004, which also is the cumulative change. The current Small Break LOCA PCT of 1373

'F also remains well below the limit of 2200 'F. There is currently no Small Break LOCA PCT cumulative change.
