Cotton, NRC, dated January 12, 2005, containing draft exemption for review South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) has reviewed the referenced submittal and verified that the draft exemption does not contain any proprietary information. SCE&G requests the final exemption approvals for use of the lead test assemblies utilizing Optimized ZIRLOT and several other developmental clad alloys be transmitted as soon as possible.
