In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), and 1 O CFR 72.44(f), the River Bend Station Emergency Implementing Procedure (EIP) has been revised and is included in the Enclosure to this letter.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f), a screening and evaluation of the changes to the EIP was performed. The screening and evaluation concluded that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the EIP, and the EIP continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 1 O CFR 50, Appendix E.
