Confirmatory Order dated March 11, 2020 from Joel T. Munday, USNRC Deputy Regional Administrator, to Ernest J. Kapopoulos, Jr., Site Vice President, H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Nos.
Dear Ms. Dudes,
The referenced letter transmitted Confirmatory Order EA-19-025, which confirmed commitments made by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC and Duke Energy Progress, LLC (referred to collectively as Duke Energy) to the NRC involving an NRC investigation. These commitments resulted from an Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) session conducted on December 16, 2019.
Section V.3 of the Confirmatory Order states that Duke Energy will notify the NRC Region II Regional Administrator upon completion of all actions required of Duke Energy in the Order.
This letter provides the notification that the commitments required by Duke Energy in Confirmatory Order EA-19-025 have been completed.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
