Dear Mr. Taylor:
You requested radiological related information associated with plant trip on September 26, 2011. Specifically, the total amount of radioactivity released and the resultant dose at the site boundary.
The total amount of radioactivity released due to the September 26, 2011, plant trip was calculated to be 0.214 Curies. The most credible dose at the site boundary, due to this release, was calculated to be 1.18E-5 millirem.
The radioactivity released, and resultant dose, is fully attributed to tritium.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
