Purpose:
General Matter has requested this meeting with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss their environmental report for its proposed high-assay, low-enriched uranium (HALEU) enrichment facility.

A portion of the meeting will be closed to the public in order to give the NRC staff an opportunity to discuss security-related and proprietary information. The meeting will be open to the public from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and closed from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
