As identified in the Reference above, Marsh USA, Inc. submitted an updated certificate of insurance for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES). The referenced insurance policies and certificates for SSES included insurance coverage under the American Nuclear Insurer's Master Policy - Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection).
Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC hereby references that coverage, which includes a Bond for Payment of Retrospective Premiums, as providing the guarantee pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21 for payment of deferred premiums.
No new regulatory commitments are contained in this letter.
