TM J UL V9 2004 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Mail Station OP1-17 Washington, DC 20555 Submitted pursuant to 10CFR140.21e and 10CFR2.790 SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT OF DEFERRED PREMIUMS - 10CFR140.21 PLA-5776 Docket Nos. 50-387 and 50-388 The attached certified financial statement for PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) demonstrates that adequate cash flow is available for payment of deferred premiums, pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21(e). The attached certified financial statement contains proprietary information. PPL, therefore, requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR §9.17(a)(4) and the policy reflected in 10 CFR §2.790, as described in my enclosed Affidavit.
Since PPL pays all fees and assessments for itself and Allegheny Electric Cooperative, Inc., only PPL should be invoiced for the annual fee.
PPL Susquehanna is also submitting an amended version of the financial statements which it submitted last year because the original version inadvertently omitted the actual intercompany dividends paid in 2002 and projected intercompany dividends for 2003.
