In Reference 1, Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC), submitted the reclassified non-proprietary version of Westinghouse Calculation Note Number CN-RCDA-05-68, Revision 2, "Plastic Analysis of Point Beach Reactor Coolant Piping for Reactor Vessel Head Drop", dated July 18, 2005. Reference 2 had submitted an earlier version of this calculation (Revision 1) as a proprietary document. Revision 2 superseded Revision 1.
Westinghouse Electric Company ("Westinghouse"), the owner of the information, has informed NMC that CN-RCDA-05-68, Revision 2, consisted of additions and clarifications to Revision 1. Westinghouse stated that since CN-RCDA-05-68, Revision 2, was reclassified by Westinghouse as non-proprietary, previous revisions of CN-RCDA-05-68, including Revision 1, also contain no proprietary information and may be released for public disclosure by the NRC.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
