Technical Specification 5.6.8, "Steam Generator Tube Inspection Report,"
Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) is submitting a summary of the 2006 Unit 2 Refueling 28 (U2R28) steam generator inspections.
During U2R28, PBNP did not conduct primary side steam generator work activities.
The last primary side inspections were completed during U2R26 in October 2003. The steam generators have a C-1 rating. The C-1 rating allows an interval of three refueling outages between steam generator inspections. In accordance with recently revised Technical Specification 5.5.8, the next scheduled inspection of the Unit 2 steam generators will occur during the spring 2008 U2R29 outage.
During U2R28, visual inspections of the Unit 2 "B" steam generator steam drum, upper internals, feed rings and integrated J-nozzles were satisfactorily conducted.
This letter contains no new commitments or revisions to existing commitments.
