The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC of the South Texas Project's interest in implementing topical report WCAP-16260-P/WCAP-16260-NP, Revision 2, regarding the Spatially Corrected Inverse Count Rate (SCICR) Method for Subcritical Reactivity Measurement (References 1 and 2). South Texas Project plans to implement the topical report in the Fall of 2019 if it is approved by the NRC. The topical report was submitted to the NRC for review in Reference 3.
