Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is required to submit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) changes to the Quality Assurance Program for Operation Policy Document (QAPD) implemented without prior NRC approval. This letter is to inform you that NPPD made no changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) QAPD during the time period from September 17, 2011, through April 1, 2013.
