License No. DPR-49 Notification of Changes to Emergency Response Data System NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC is planning to implement changes that affect the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Emergency Response Data System (EROS). This letter provides prior notification of the changes in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.Vl.3.b.
The planned DAEC EROS hardware change will include replacement of a Level 2 Core Distribution Switch. This change will not alter the data points, the data format or the data transmission protocol.
This letter contains no new commitments nor revises any previous commitments.
