By application dated May 19, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML25241A157), NAC International, Inc., requested consolidation of the application associated with Certificate of Compliance (certificate) No. 9235, for the Model No.
NAC-STC package. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General License: NRC-Approved Package, and 49 CFR 173.471.

The package is maintained under NRC-approved quality assurance program Docket No. 71-0018.
CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the certificate:
Condition 3(b) was revised to reflect the date of this consolidated application.
Condition 15 was revised to allow use of the previous certificates for up to 1 year to provide flexibility to the users of the package, in terms of revising documentation to reflect the new revision of the CoC.
The REFERENCES section was revised to reflect the date of this consolidated application.
CONCLUSION These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
