Enclosure 2 SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT Docket No. 71-9288 Model No. CHT-OP-TU Package Certificate of Compliance No. 9288 Revision No. 13 EVALUATION By letter dated June 19, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML25170A001), TN Americas, LLC (TN), requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9288 for the Model No. CHT-OP-TU transportation package. TN did not request any changes to the package design, operating procedures, acceptance tests or maintenance program.
CONDITIONS Condition No. 9 was revised to reflect the new expiration date of August 31, 2030.
The references section has been updated to include the renewal.
CONCLUSION Based on the statements contained in the application, and the conditions listed above, the staff concludes that the package meets the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
