This is an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.
Purpose:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will discuss the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant and Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant performance during 2024, as described in the 2024 annual assessment letters. NRC resident inspectors will be available to answer questions about the safety performance of the plant and the NRC's role in ensuring safe plant operations

The annual assessment letters are accessible from the publicly available records (PARS) component of the NRCs document system (ADAMS) Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 (Accession No. ML25065A270) and Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 (Accession No. ML25066A109).
