Oyster Creek Registration of Loaded Spent Fuel Casks to Amended Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
On December 02, 2024, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS) authorized the use of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1004 Amendment 10 Revision 1 for all NUHOMS storage casks being used onsite. In accordance with the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations 72.212(b)(4), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) is providing the attached information to register the application of changes authorized by the amended CoC 1004 for all NUHOMS storage casks. The attached document includes the information for all CoC 1004 NUHOMS storage casks being utilized at Oyster Creek at this time.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
