DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY LICENSE NUMBER 7005 -
LICENSE AMENDMENT FOR CHANGE OF RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER NUMBER L-2024-NFA-0003)
Dear Sherry Davis:
In response to your submittal dated August 14, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML24234A137), pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Special Nuclear Materials License SNM-7005 is hereby amended to approve Timothy Hart, as the radiation safety officer. Accordingly, Safety Condition 1 of SNM-7005 has been revised to list the date of your submittal, which provided supplemental information to your license application. All other conditions of this license remain the same.
Enclosed is a safety evaluation report as well as public and non-public copies of the revised license. This letter concludes action on the amendment request. Fee billing for this amendment is captured under Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) L-2024-NFA-0003. The EPID is now closed.
In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Agency Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1 and 2 will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), or from the NRCs ADAMS. The PDR is open by appointment only. You may submit your request to the PDR via email at PDR.Resource@nrc.gov or call 1-800-397-4209 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
