Ref. 1 - ML23243A847, Aug 25, 2023, Ltr. from P. Jenny to NRC DSO Ref. 2 - ML23305A089, Nov 30, 2023, Ur. From M. Bartlett to P. Jenny Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) originally submitted a new SPPP for the new HQ building in August of 2023 (Ref. 1 ). Subsequently, NRC responded to GLE with several requests for additional information (Ref. 2).
This letter responds to request for additional information (RAI).
There are two enclosures to this letter.
