- Jim, This email is a supplement to the proposed amendment to the PSEG Nuclear Master Decommissioning Trust Agreement, dated September 8, 2023 (ML23252A001).
The letter states that the proposed amendment will not take effect until at least 30 working days from the date of the letter. This supplement clarifies that the proposed effective date of the amendment is not earlier than December 31, 2023. The clarification is intended to eliminate uncertainty with respect to the minimum length of the notice period required by 10 CFR 50.75(h)(1)(iii), which extends to December 31, 2023.
