OT-3701-E22B_001 Rev A Step 3 7.2.3 PERFORM the following steps, as required, to maintain pressure in both Air Receivers 215 to 240 psig:

7.2.3.a SLOWLY THROTTLE OPEN the Div 3 DG L Bank/R Bank Air Supply Xconn Vlv.

1E22-F535 7.2.3.b WHEN pressure has equalized, THEN FULLY OPEN the Div 3 DG L Bank/R Bank Air Supply Xconn Vlv.

Critical Step:

Operator simulates slowly throttling open 1E22-F535. After receiver pressures are equalized, 1E22-F535 is fully opened.

Instructor Cue:

Inform Operator that pressures are equalizing as he/she is throttling then inform when equalized.

As valve is fully opened, inform Operator that you hear a compressor running.

Valve will not turn any further.

Show picture 3 or inform of final pressure is 219 psig on both receivers.

Notes:

1E22-F535 has a restraining cable attached that must be removed to operate the valve.

The B compressor will auto start at 222 psig.

Operator may use SOI-M43 Section 6.4 to shutdown M43-C003A. After Operator identifies where they would obtain a copy of SOI-M43, provide him/her with a yellow copy.
