UTD982598898 and Condition I.H.6 of Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit No.
UGW450005, EnergySolutions hereby submits the 2016 Annual As-Built Reports for the Mixed Waste Landfill, Class A West, and the 11e.(2) Disposal cells.
Tabulated below, please find a summary of the permitted capacity, capacity used through August 24, 2016, and remaining permitted capacity for the active disposal cell. The remaining permitted capacity has been reduced by the surety reserve volume applicable to each cell. Detailed calculations and a running table of capacity used per year are provided with each As-Built Report.
