Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 24 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting Revision 24 to the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Changes to this document were implemented on October 19, 202.:1. In.accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),
Exelon is submitting these changes within 60 days of implementation (i.e., no later than December 18, 2021).
This revision of the TMI Physical Security Plan (PSP) has been changed to incorporate the addition of Appendix D - TMI Nuclear Station Security and Contingency Plan for the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility.
Exelon has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, Exelon requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 )(i).
There are no commitments in this letter.
