Given the age of the certificate you may want to update the proposal to adhere to current licensing requirements. If so we would suggest that you submit a revised application, to the California State Office, with all the required information. We have enclosed for your information and use a copy of NUREG Guide 1556 Vol. 3, which may assist you in compiling your
