MAY 0 71998 MODIFICATION NO. 5 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-94-099 BETWEEN TEXAS A&M RESEARCH FOUNDATION f
AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR RFSULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through September 30, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Govemment. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated January 14,1998, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
' Block No. 3., Grant Period, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"FROM: 10/01/94 TO: 09/30/98" All other terms and conditions, including the grant ceiling amount of $130,903.00, remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this grant, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY 94 obligation amount: $ 10,000.00 Total FY 95 obligation amount: $ 55,000.00 Total FY 96 obligation amount: $ 65,903.00 Total FY 97 obligation amount: $ Total NRC obligations:
$130,903.00 This modification does not obligate any FY 98 funds.
