On this date Nr. Terrill called and asked for the following.

Information regarding the above applications (1) The name of the individual in charge of this project for PG&E.

mm (2) The names cf the/por contractors.

I replied thac Mr. C. C. Wh for PG6E is the project contact.hel, Chief Mechanical Engineer I also advised that the.

contractors were General Electric Company and the Bechtel Corporation.

Mr. Terrill asked if copies of the hazards report had been distributed and I adviced that copies were sent to Surgeon General Terry and Mr. Grindin of the State of California on January 22.

Mr. Terrill stated that he was leaving for the San Francisco area on January 28, and related that he would probably be discussing this project with the California State Health i

I Department, sometime during the week.

He also stated that he planned to suggest to the California State Health Depsrtment to make contact directly with PG&E regarding any questions that they may have in connection with the project.
