I' be' heard first and may, if they so desire, reserve a reasonable. portion of.their time for rebuttal.

l In preparing for the oral argument, counsel may assume.

that the members of-this Board will be fully familiar with the Licensing Board determination under appeal, as well as with the appellate positions of the parties as developed in their briefs.

For this reason, each participant in the argument should proceed directly to the heart of the issues raised'by the appeal.

Each party shall advise the Secretary to this Board, by letter mailed no later than November 30, 1987, of the name of the person who will present argument on its or their behalf.2 It is so ORDERED.

FOR THE APPEAL BOARD l

Q,b _.\\ N --- A C. J(gn Sh'oemaker Secretary to the Appeal Board

)

A single brief was filed on behalf of all of the j

appellants by counsel representing the Town of Hampton in this proceeding.

It is therefore our expectation that the oral argument on behalf of the appellants will be presented by one lawyer.

Should, however, the interveners desire to divide the argument between two lawyers, leave of this Board must be sought in a motion filed no later than November 25.
