I have just received a cover letter and enclosures from Ms. Miriello, a copy of which was provided to Investigator, L. L. Robinson, on Aug'ust 27, 1986.
In view of your inquiries into previous charaes of ",blackit: ting and other items of alleged wrongdoing, should you determine that there now exists justification for additional investigative actions caused by Ms. Miriello's latest letter, please notify this office.
Further, it might be feasible for your office to contact Ms. Miriello in view of her statements in this letter dated August 14, 1986, j
wherein she claims to have more information to share with u is Agency.
In this latest letter, she mentions her " blacklisting" situation and other items of alleged wrongdoings, and she claims to have more information to share concerning i,
these past reported wrongdoings.
We have already accomplished all required l
inspections on the health physics and technical issues.
This should serve as a strong enough infomation base for any further investigatory needs you may require.
Further, we have provided OIA with a copy of this latest correspondence, in that it contains assertions against the Commission and its employees.
