Subject: Combined Inspection No. 50-352/89-05 and 50-353/89-08
A routine inspection of the Limerick Units 1 and 2 radiological controls
program was conducted by Mr. W. Thomas on January 30 - February 3,1989.
Areas reviewed included outage activities, audits and appraisals, changes in
the health physics organization,-external exposure control, ALARA, and status
of pr3viously identified items.
No violations were_ observed and it was concluded that the radiological
controls' activities for Unit-1 outage were being conducted in an appropriate
manner.
