I In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (q) and 10CFR50.4 (b) (5) Con Edisen submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Book 1 and Book 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan as a whole centinues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and i
the requirements of Appendix E to 10CFR50.
As recommended in Generic Letter 81-27, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans", the following pages, as marked, are des-ignated as Proprietary:
1 Procedure Pages Book 1 IAP-1 Page 4 of 9, 5 of 9 and ADDENDUM 5.1 Book 2 IP-1012 Page 2 of 11 thru 4 of 11, and 9 of 11 IP-1023 ADDENDUM 5.1 IP-1035 ADDENDUM 6.2 Please sign and return the controlled copy routing sheet to acknowledge receipt of these changes.
