Dear Mr. Peters:
By letter dated June 30, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access Management System Package Accession No. ML20188A238), Framatome Inc. (Framatome) submitted a request for review and approval of Errata to Topical Report (TR) BAW-10241PA, Revision 1, BHTP DNB Correlation Applied with LYNXT Topical report. The proposed Errata to the TR details minor changes to BAW-10241PA, Revision 1.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff technical review of this TR is ongoing.
The NRC staff determined that a regulatory audit is needed in order to facilitate the review. The NRC staff will perform a virtual regulatory audit on August 18-20, 2020. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the plan the NRC staff will follow on the audit.
