1.1 The purpose of this fonn is to:
Obtain '.h-selected system's current licensing basis Obtain docketed NNECc, licensing commitments to bulletin, orders, etc.
e Documen! the results tc allow comparison of the current system design wndillda 1.2 The dli adds the Parsons Power Document ID iumber, NNECo system code, system title to the form header, and indicates the responsible SLE.
1.3 Upon initiatlan of the form, the OE signs and dates the appropriate Revision block in Part A.
1.4 Using the applicable NNECo documents, the OE comp..tes Part B of the form.
Note:- 0.'Jy the current UFSAR and docketed licensing commitments are to be included. Input on NNECo licensing commitments contained in docketed material shall be provided by the Regulatory Review group as described in Project Procedure PP-04, 1 A.1 The licensing requirement should be described in suflicient detail. The required service water design flow is 2500 GPM.
The RWST accident volume is 350,000 Gallons.
