TASK ORDER NO. 31 ENTITLED " TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR SPENT FUEL DRY CASK STORAGE ACCIDENT ANALYSIS" UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract this letter definitizes Task Order No.
31 with a cost ceiling of $91.810.00.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal dated August 25. 1997.
The period of performance for Task Order No.
31 is from the effective date through December 31, 1997. The totel cost ceiling is $91.810.00 of which the sum of $84,618.00 represents the total estimated reimbursabie costs, and the amount af $7.192.00 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the cost ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount. the contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
