Required Reportlag of Effluents per 10 CFR 70.59 As required by 10 CFR 70.59, Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) is reporting discharges of radioactive materials in the effluents from its nuclear fuels fabrication plant on Horn Rapids Road, in Richland, Washington. Data from January 1,1997 through June 30,1997 are reported in the attached tables.
Tlie gaseous effluent ctack K62 from the new Dry Conversion Facility was started up in May 1997. Stack K65 from the Lagoon Uranium Recovery and Solids Processing Facility (LUR/SPF) was started up in June 1997, All data indicate continued compliance with applicable discharge limits, if there are any questions, please contact me at (509) 375-8537.
