REVISIONS OF FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN (TAC NO. L31186)

in accordance with your application dated April 20,1999, in which you submitted a revised q
Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan to reflect current activities and reduced j
nuclear material inventory under your Possession-Only License. We have completed our review of the revised Plan, and have found that the changes did not decrease the overall effectiveness of the Plan and they were properly submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 1
Materials License SNM-696 is hereby amended to incorporate your revised FNMC Plan.
Thus, Safeguards Condition SG-1.0 has been inserted to read as follows:
SG-1.0 Currently there are no Material Control and Accounting license conditions. The necessary information has been incorporated into an approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated March 1999.
The former un-numbered safeguards license condition listed under SECTION 1.0 - FACILITY ORGANIZATION has been deleted.
All other conditions to this license remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-696 and the Safeguards Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion.
